Preferring a sunny sight but will tolerate light shade as well complimenting other alpine rock garden plants. Can also be grown in pots.Fairy foxglove Erinus alpinus grow to 10cm in height.Will seed readily and abundantly so we advise removing the flower stems once the flowers fade and before the seed pods ripen and burst open.Fairy Foxglove are a good source of nectar to many pollinating insects and bees and will attract lots of wild life to your garden.You can sow these Fairy Foxglove Wild Flower seeds as soon as you get them directly into the ground where you want them to grow. Do not add compost or fertiliser as, like most native plants, they do not require a nutrient rich soil. Firm lightly in and water regularly during dry weather to help establish the young plants.
